- Analogue Excellence Turntable, with external motor and vacuum
- Micro Seki Arm – Denon 103D (The mass of the arm’s headshell was modified to support the 103D properly)
- Grado Arm – Grado Signature X Cartridge (I’m still using the original Grado cartridges from when Joe Grado ran the company. I purchased a stock of them and I am on my second to the last one now.)
- Isolation platform of my own design
Preamp:
- Spatial Coherence TVA-1H, Dual Mono (I was the chief engineer at Spatial; this is a one off model which never made it into production)
- Conrad Johnson PV10AL with factory installed upgrades and phono amplifier
- Parasound P/PH850 preamplifier
- Amber Electronics AV40-4 (I used to consult for Amber and this model is my design but not in production.)
Power Amplifiers:
- Twin Conrad Johnson Premier Fives Monoblocks, 200W ea, (These amplifiers use EL34 tubes)
- Six Amber Stereo 70s, Mark V Monoblock Editions, 240W ea
- Marantz MM9340 450W Quad Channel, Class D
Speakers:
- Shahinian Diapasons, felted at my request (Richard tells me this is the only pair in existence that are felted)
- A pair of Shahinian Stereo Double Eagles subwoofers
- Cambridge Soundworks Towers
- Cambridge Soundworks Center Channel
- Parasound Towers
- Parasound Bookshelf Speakers
Cables:
- RCA – Blue Jeans Cabling throughout

- The stereo system and home theater system is cross wired, so we have a dedicated home theater system and a dedicated stereo system with inputs from both.
